There’s a new shaper in town.
But shaping is nothing new to him.

Marco Ortiz, from ATL surfboards, is one of Mexico’s original surfboard shapers, with nearly 20 years of experience. He, and his wife Aimee Jewell, recently moved from Guadalajara to Mezcales, where they have set up a shaping bay. On December 17th, 2011 they opened up a new showroom in the center of Bucerias.
